Another mistake home owners (and many agents) make, is thinking a home will sell for X dollars in X amount of time regardless of who sells it. That’s not true. Statistically, real estate agents sell homes faster and for more money than owners, and some agents constantly sell their listings faster for more money.

Our Solution

Using our proven techniques, we can teach you the language and techniques to make an effective pricing presentation.

The course will be presented on GoToMeeting in a conference call format. You will need a computer with broadband internet connection and a built-in or external microphone to join. We recommend a a headset with microphone and a quiet environment to eliminate background noise.

All calls are made through GoToMeeting using your computer, so you can take this class from anywhere in the world, no telephone required.

To convince the home owner to list at the correct price. We will also show you how to respond when a client is not convinced.

What Comes With My Training?

Our Advanced Pricing on-line course is one hour each day for one week, M-F. In addition, you will receive a special Eliminate Expired Work Book containing 42 techniques (scripts) and effective Presentation Visuals. Throughout the course, you will have a chance to take the role of your toughest previous listing prospects. We will show you how to respond in these cases.
